What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Lead and manage teams of sales executives to drive growth in Legal sales across the corporate SMB market
Collaborate with regional Sales teams and marketing to support business requirements
Develop training and coaching programs for sales executives to enhance sales skills and performance
Implement hiring and recruiting strategies to attract top talent while managing turnover risk
Own and manage cross‑sell initiatives to achieve business goals with a focus on metrics
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree preferred; 8+ years of professional experience
3+ years of sales management experience preferred
Strong coaching mindset with a commitment to talent development
Excellent conflict resolution and problem‑solving skills
High learning agility and ability to lead teams through change
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in sales processes and methodologies
Exceptional end‑customer relationship skills
Ability to communicate with radical candor and drive team engagement
