Apparel Graphic Production Designer
This role is a hybrid model in Beaverton, Oregon.
Apparel Graphic Production Designer Responsibilities
Produce and prepare graphic assets for apparel, sport equipment, packaging, and physical product applications from concept through final production.
Translate creative direction into production-ready artwork that meets material, print, and manufacturing specifications.
Manage timelines, work-back schedules, and asset handoffs across internal partners and external production vendors.
Coordinate proofs, revisions, and approvals to ensure accuracy, color consistency, and brand integrity.
Support designers and product teams by adapting artwork for different materials, formats, and product executions.
Apparel Graphic Production Designer Qualifications
2–4+ years of experience in apparel, product, or graphic production design within a brand-driven or consumer products environment.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator.
Experience working with physical products, including apparel, accessories, or sport equipment, rather than web or digital-only design.
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to sketch, visualize, or manually communicate design concepts when needed.
Familiarity with 3D or apparel-focused tools such as CLO 3D, along with exposure to performance or product-driven design environments, is preferred.
