Lead Retail Marketing Specialist Responsibilities
Lead the development and evolution of in‑store services and signature experiences that support key brand, sport, and product moments.
Partner with cross‑functional teams to plan, test, and activate retail concepts across physical store environments.
Design and manage in‑market pilots, including customer состояние feedback and performance measurement, to refine and scale new experiences.
Translate insights, testing results, and consumer behavior into clear recommendations and business cases for future investment.
Ensure retail teams are equipped with the tools, guidance, and clarity needed to deliver consistent, high‑impact experiences.
Lead Retail Marketing Specialist Qualifications
6+ years of experience in retail marketing, brand experience, or experiential marketing within a large, matrixed organization.
Proven success creating, testing, and scaling customer‑facing retail or service concepts.
Strong project management skills with the abilityAgora to coordinate multiple workstreams across creative, operations, and brand teams.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience influencing stakeholders across functions.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Compensation Up to $52.67/hr. (DOE)
