Responsibilities

Develop, implement, and monitor strategic and tactical business plans, coordinating all relevant resources to achieve business objectives for assigned accounts Drive achievement of sell-on sales targets for allocated accounts and manage all related actions required to meet defined budgets Analyze and manage the existing customer portfolio to improve business performance, ensure continuity of customer relationships, and identify value-adding new business opportunities Monitor, analyze, and report account performance data to optimize ongoing business results and proactively create growth opportunities Conduct regular customer visits, effectively managing relationships and overseeing end-to-end sales processes Perform inventory analysis and implement necessary actions to ensure healthy sell-out performance Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar international sales role Strong understanding of market environments and Dynamics Excellent written and spoken English Proficient in MS Office applications Solid market knowledge with a strong willingness to stay close to the market Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels Proven diplomatic and negotiation capabilities Strong sense of ownership and accountability
