Leasing Agent
to join our team in the Evansville, IN area. This position involves assisting prospective tenants, showing available units, processing applications, and supporting daily property management operations.
Pay Rate:
$19.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Greet prospective tenants and provide property tours Answer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person Assist applicants with rental applications and required documentation Explain lease terms, community policies, and available amenities Process move-ins/move-outs and maintain accurate records Support office functions such as filing, data entry, and scheduling Maintain a clean, welcoming leasing office and show-ready units Collaborate with property management to ensure high resident satisfaction
Qualifications:
Customer service or leasing experience preferred, but not required Professional communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer proficiency (email, data entry, property management software a plus) Reliable, organized, and able to follow procedures Must be comfortable working with the public in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Must live in or near the Evansville, IN area
