What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision

Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to recommend wireless solutions

Negotiate and close deals to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets

Participate in product training and sales meetings to develop skills in relationship management

Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned geographic territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment

Outside B2B sales experience (Preferred)

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment requiring multi-tasking (Required)

Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills (Required)

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail (Required)

Effective negotiating and closing skills, including communication, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving (Required)
