What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate and work leads through prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision
Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value
Negotiate and close deals with new customers
Develop skills in prospecting and relationship management through training and leadership support
Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably in a commissioned environment
Strong ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment with effective multi-tasking skills
Demonstrated experience in delivering superior customer service
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree
Outside B2B sales experience
Experience in negotiating and closing sales deals
Familiarity with sales force automation tools
