What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Generate and work leads throughથમ prospecting, cold calling, and networking under sales manager supervision Identify customer needs and use solution‑based selling to demonstrate the employer’s value Negotiate and close deals effectively

Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management

Maintain and grow the customer base within an assigned territory

What is Required (Qualifications):

High School Diploma/GED (Required)

Minimum of 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience, preferably within a commissioned environment

Outside B2B sales experience

Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast‑changing environment requiring multi‑tasking

Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a commissioned sales environment

Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Effective negotiating and closing skills, including problem‑solving abilities
