What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Generate and work leads in developed and underdeveloped territories through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
Sell and demonstrate T-Mobile’s value by recommending wireless solutions to customers
Negotiate and close deals with small businesses
Develop skills in prospecting, call execution, and relationship management
Utilize sales force automation to manage the sales funnel and report on activities
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma or GED
At least 1 year of verifiable new customer acquisition sales experience
Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-changing environment
Demonstrated experience delivering superior customer service
Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree
Outside B2B sales experience
Experience in a commissioned sales environment
