Build, manage, and grow an assigned territory to drive business growth Identify, qualify, and nurture new opportunities from prospect to close Establish and maintain a strong local presence through networking and partnerships Deliver tailored demos, negotiate contracts, and close deals Travel approximately 70% within the territory to build and maintain client relationships What is Required (Qualifications)

Proven success in outbound sales or business development, preferably in SaaS or B2B environments Strong networking and relationship‑building skills with a local/community focus Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities Self‑starter with resilience and a track record of hitting or exceeding quotas Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license for frequent in‑person visits to client locations How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
