What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute target account sales strategies for existing utility customers
Utilize data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris and third-party partner solutions
Prepare materials and support customer engagements, including onsite meetings and presentations
Serve as a key support function for industry events and conferences, coordinating customer engagement and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
Understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
Demonstrated success in expanding accounts through cross-selling and upselling
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and process improvement
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners to create joint proposals
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and industry events as required (up to 50%)
