What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to identify opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
Prepare meeting materials and support customer engagements, including onsite and virtual meetings
Serve as a key support function for regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules and follow-up actions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or related field
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
Strong understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
Experience in cross-selling or expanding business within existing accounts
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools, with a data-driven approach to sales management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and interest in leveraging AI for sales automation and process improvement
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
