Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers
Utilize data and insights from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies
Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners
Prepare materials and documentation for customer engagements, both onsite and virtual
Support regional and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement schedules and follow-up actions
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, ideally in the utility billing or enterprise software sector
Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes
Demonstrated success in cross-selling, upselling, or expanding footprint within existing accounts
Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools for managing opportunities and account planning
Preferred Qualifications
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners to develop joint proposals
Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore its application in sales automation and operational efficiency
