What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Collaborate with Regional Sales Directors to develop and execute targeted account sales strategies for existing utility customers

Leverage data from Salesforce and other corporate systems to prioritize opportunities and drive account-based sales strategies

Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities within the utility ecosystem, including Harris solutions and third-party partners

Prepare meeting materials and participate in onsite customer meetings to support sales efforts

Serve as support for regional, industry, and corporate conferences, coordinating customer engagement activities

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field

Proven experience in enterprise sales, account management, or business development, preferably in utility billing or enterprise software

Foundational understanding of utility operations and meter-to-cash processes

Demonstrated success in cross-selling and expanding accounts

Proficiency with Salesforce and corporate CRM tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Curiosity about Artificial Intelligence (AI) and willingness to explore AI applications in sales

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external solution partners

Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales management
