What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Collaborate with project teams and leadership on financial and clinic analysis.
Design and generate standardized reporting to support improvement efforts.
Perform trend analysis and maintain analytical methodologies and tools.
Act as a liaison between finance and operational leaders to identify improvement opportunities.
Provide leadership with project status updates and prepare monthly project scorecard reports.
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, healthcare administration, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years’ work experience.
Project management experience.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with automation analytics.
Proficiency in Tableau, MS Project, Clarity, Workday, Epic, Power BI, Advanced Excel, and other relevant tools.
