What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform complex data analysis to inform business strategy and provide risk management recommendations
Collaborate with various departments to gain support on findings and action plans
Conduct analyses including root cause, cost benefit, performance tracking, and forecasting
Consult with client groups to identify business needs and prepare findings for senior leaders
Partner with IT to define business requirements and conduct User Acceptance Testing on digital assets
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a related industry
Bachelor's degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent
Superior research, statistical, analytical, and mathematical skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, and data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau
Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to make effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Commercial insurance experience
Working knowledge of R or Python
Experience with automating repetitive tasks
Ability to actively participate in shaping company culture through volunteerism and employee resource groups
