We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated
Entry‑Level Contract Specialist
to support one of our clients on their contracts and operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn the fundamentals of contract administration, compliance, and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced environment.
You’ll work closely with internal teams to assist with contract preparation, tracking, and organization while gaining hands‑on experience in contract lifecycle management.
What You’ll Do
Assist with the preparation, review, and processing of contracts and related documents
Track contract statuses, deadlines, renewals, and amendments
Maintain accurate contract records and files in internal systems
Support compliance and approval workflows
Coordinate with internal stakeholders as needed
Help identify process improvements and support contract‑related projects
Respond to basic contract inquiries and provide administrative support
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable working with documents, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
Willingness to learn and take direction in a structured environment
Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
