JR202501912Greenberg Traurig is seeking a mid-level or senior associate to primarily work on the Executive Compensation and Employee Benefits aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions.The candidate must have substantial experience with M&A, Section 280G, Section 409A and drafting and negotiating executive employment agreements and equity incentive plans including profits interest plans. Opportunities available in our Boston, Chicago, New York, Los Angeles, Miami and Ft. Lauderdale offices.The expected pay range for this position is:250,000$ to 365,000$ per yearActual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
