This is a full-time role as a Fashion Wholesale Manager at I TOO. The role will involve analytical reporting, business planning, client communication, customer service, and sales maximization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
Manage and grow existing wholesale accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base.
Identify obstacles within the company.
Conduct regular sales calls and meetings with clients to build and maintain strong relationships.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns or issues promptly.
Train, develop, manage and mentor the sales team.
Manage trade shows.
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related sales experience in women’s contemporary apparel.
Wholesale 2 years minimum experience.
Experience in trade shows is a PLUS.
Spanish is a PLUS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of Shopify is a plus.
Exceptional presentation skills to senior-level executives and large groups.
Strong business acumen and skill set which enables management and development of staff.
Strong communication and inter-personal skills.
Ability to multitask and problem-solver.
Keen selling and negotiation skills.
