Overview:

We are looking for a creative, reliable, and hands-on Content Manager & Videographer to primarily support our CEO's personal brand, with additional light support across company brands as needed.

This role is casual, creative, and relationship-driven, centered around capturing daily activities, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and real-life work moments that help build an authentic and engaging personal brand. You'll play a key role in shaping how our CEO shows up online through consistent, story-driven content.

This position is in person in Burlingame and ideal for someone who enjoys being behind the camera, understands social media culture, and is comfortable working in a flexible, fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Personal Brand Content Creation (Primary Focus)

• Film and photograph daily activities, meetings, behind-the-scenes moments, events, and day-to-day work life.
• Capture casual, authentic content that supports personal brand building.
• Use a personal high-quality smartphone or camera to record content.
• Ensure strong lighting, framing, composition, and storytelling.
• Identify spontaneous, meaningful moments worth capturing throughout the day.
• Review existing content and suggest improvements or new approaches.
• Propose fresh content ideas aligned with current trends and the CEO's voice.

Content Planning & Collaboration

• Brainstorm content ideas with the CEO and marketing team.
• Help plan and organize content themes and ideas.
• Provide guidance and direction to the editing team to ensure content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for social platforms.
• Support occasional scripted videos, interviews, educational clips, or promotional content.

Brand & Business Support (Secondary)

• Assist with content needs for company brands when needed (childcare centers, consulting, real estate, and future ventures).
• Support brand storytelling, marketing initiatives, and visibility efforts.

Availability & Work Style

• In-person role based in Burlingame.
• Flexible schedule, primarily weekdays, with some evenings or occasional weekends as needed.
• Comfortable with a casual, fast-paced, and evolving work environment.
• Able to travel locally when required.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in videography, content creation, or social media production.
• Owns a high-quality smartphone or camera.
• Strong eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and trends.
• Comfortable filming people in real, unscripted settings.
• Organized, dependable, and self-motivated.
• Strong communication skills and openness to feedback.
• Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable commuting locally.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Video editing experience.
• Familiarity with social media analytics and performance tracking.
• Experience supporting personal brands, founders, or entrepreneurs.
