What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage full life cycle subcontract activities for various programs, primarily supporting US Government initiatives
Support proposal activities, including the negotiation of agreements and preparation of solicitation packages
Evaluate subcontractor proposals, conduct price analysis, and negotiate terms and conditions
Oversee post-award management, including modifications, risk identification, and issue resolution
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with contract requirements and company policies
What is Required (Qualifications)
Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 2 - 4 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no experience
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Ability to clearly articulate statuses and issues to management and partners
Proven ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration
Experience in awarding and managing subcontracts within a government-approved purchasing system
Familiarity with FAR and DFARS requirements
Experience in negotiating price and terms and conditions
Working knowledge of automated purchasing systems (preferably Deltek Costpoint and iValua)
