What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Assist with pricing and deal workflows, including preparing pricing structures and order forms

Oversee and maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate account and opportunity data

Act as an internal liaison to resolve requests related to billing, legal, and sales processes

Provide customer support by participating in calls alongside Account Executives

Create and maintain team-level trackers for cross-functional challenges and requests

What is Required (Qualifications):

Business level English and native level Japanese proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing

Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer success, or account management

Detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a collaborative approach

Basic understanding of enterprise organizational functions

Exceptional organizational skills and proficiency in spreadsheets and documentation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Knowledge of SaaS/PaaS/CPaaS and telecommunications

Experience utilizing IT tools, including collaborative software and CRM systems
