What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage and expand key customer accounts within regulated verticals
Develop and execute account strategies to achieve revenue and profit goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new revenue opportunities
Lead consultative sales cycles focused on customer needs and insights
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline using CRM tools
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, including at least 1 year in major account or strategic sales
Proven expertise in managing analytical products and solutions for clients
Strong relationship management skills with a focus on cross‑selling and upselling
Ability to work effectively with both business and technical leaders
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in telecom, including CPAAS or SMS aggregators
Background in highly quantitative industries such as DevOps, Fintech, or investment banking
Familiarity with software, SaaS, or PaaS sales
