What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas
Offer technical advice to customers and sales personnel regarding product-related inquiries
Serve as a liaison between sales teams and customers for technical issues
Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
Perform maintenance and technical support on medical devices, ensuring their functionality for surgeries
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and field partners
Technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
Excellent analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex issues clearly
