Job Responsibilities:
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
Install, operate, maintain, and repair equipment at customer locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime
Conduct training and provide technical presentations to staff and clients
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot effectively
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment and the ability to read schematics
Creative problem-solving skills and high discipline
