What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
Serve as a liaison between field partners and key customers, addressing technical issues
Deliver technical presentations and provide technical advice to customers and sales personnel
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure optimal performance
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
Strong technology background with customer-centric mindset
Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical issues simply
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services in the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Ability to troubleshoot using technical skills and creativity
Experience with commonly used test equipment like dosimeters and signal generators
Capability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
