What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas
Serve as a technical liaison between customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals
Conduct technical presentations and provide training on product use and repairs
Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostics on medical devices
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues within the complaint tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions
Excellent analytical and communication skills for conveying complex technical issues
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
Creativity and high discipline in troubleshooting technical issues
