What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Drive market share growth for orthopedic infection management medical devices in the assigned territory

Build strong relationships with key clinical and economic decision-makers through proactive outreach

Manage leads, accounts, and opportunities while maintaining accurate CRM data

Deliver clinical education, product demonstrations, and ongoing support to healthcare teams

Gather and analyze field intelligence to inform territory strategy and execution

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in business, Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field

Minimum of 4 years of experience in the medical device industry, specifically in orthopedic sales

Strong sales background with a proven track record of performance

Ability to master a technically complex orthopedic product portfolio

Formal sales training and demonstrated success in medical device sales

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Advanced degree (Master’s preferred) in a relevant field

Experience managing or mentoring direct reports or sales agents

Knowledge of infection prevention, joint reconstruction, and trauma applications
