What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Recruit and hire a high‑performing team of SLED sellers within budget and on time
Develop and execute account strategies to drive sales growth and productivity
Partner with Sales Engineering to deliver impactful product demonstrations and proof‑of‑concept programs
Build strong relationships with existing customers to enhance value realization and retention
Identify and close new business opportunities with executive‑level stakeholders in mid‑market accounts
What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of SLED sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
2+ years of experience leading a SLED sales team focused on new business growth
Strong hunter mentality with experience in managing teams for new customer acquisition
Outstanding verbal, written, and presentation skills
Familiarity with consultative, value‑based sales methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience closing complex sales with multiple buying influences
Proven ability to foster relationships with executive‑level partners and customers
Comfortable in a highly fast‑paced and dynamic work environment
Strong accountability for achieving sales goals and metrics
