What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Recruit and hire a world-class team of SLED sellers, ensuring timely onboarding and budget compliance

Manage and enable sales team members to meet key productivity metrics and growth milestones

Develop and execute account strategies for the region to foster collaborative selling

Forecast monthly/quarterly revenue accurately and communicate it to executive leadership

Build and maintain strategic relationships with existing and new channel partners

What is Required (Qualifications):

4+ years of SLED sales experience with a track record of exceeding sales quotas

2+ years of experience leading a SLED sales team focused on business growth

Proven ability to close complex sales with multiple decision-makers

Strong presentation and communication skills, capable of articulating technical features as business value

Familiarity with consultative, value-based sales methodologies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in a fast-paced sales environment

Strong network within the SLED sector, particularly with executive-level contacts

Proficiency in using data-driven approaches to manage sales pipelines

Experience with sales training methodologies and coaching sales teams
