What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Design and deliver a comprehensive sales training curriculum incorporating various learning methods
Develop product- and disease-specific sales processes aligned with the employer's strategy
Partner with Regional Sales Managers to identify development needs and support field coaching
Conduct training needs analyses and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Integrate modern sales technologies into training to enhance learning productivity
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of experience in medical device sales and 2+ years in adult training and delivery
Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and adult learning principles
Bachelor’s degree required
Proven skills in program development, training measurement, and cross-functional collaboration
Ability to meet physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in curriculum design and facilitation in a medical sales environment
Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with diverse teams
Familiarity with sales technologies such as Salesforce and microlearning tools
