Lead a team of Account Executives to consistently meet or exceed sales goals Mentor and guide team members through coaching to improve conversion rates Deliver sales presentations to key clients in collaboration with the Sales Team Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage the sales process and track key performance metrics Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize lead generation and marketing strategies What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 5 years of full‑cycle SaaS or payments sales experience At least 2 years of experience managing individual contributors in a sales environment Proficient in Salesforce, including report creation and dashboard management Experience with outreach tools and leveraging business intelligence for data interpretation How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
