What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Process accounts receivable, manual billing, credit card processing, and 1099 reporting
Review and convert transaction summaries into contractual agreements
Calculate and input pricing into SAP per contract terms
Troubleshoot data feed issues and resolve billing and pricing discrepancies
Provide analytical and reporting support for Wholesale and Retail business units
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, pricing, billing, or accounting
Post‑secondary degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or Economics
High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset
Understanding of accounting and billing principles
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with SAP or similar accounting software
Advanced analytical skills and experience conducting financial analysis
Familiarity with SOX compliance and pricing audit processes
Proven ability to collaborate with internal teams and resolve issues efficiently
