What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide in-house repair services and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
Offer technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals
Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime and effective repairs
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
Strong technology background with a customer-centric mindset
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Ability to travel up to 75%
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
