What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and technical support for Midas Rex drills to ensure customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues, providing necessary technical data
Travel to customer sites to deliver efficient repair and installation support within assigned areas
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to minimize downtime and maintain product functionality
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and resolutions within a complaint tracking system
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and field partners
Technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and maintain medical devices
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services in the medical device industry
Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment, such as dosimeters and signal generators
Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance for medical devices
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to convey complex technical issues simply
