What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for medical devices
Offer technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals
Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure timely resolution
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and partners
Technical background with proficiency in troubleshooting and repair
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
