What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas

Offer technical advice to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals regarding product-related inquiries

Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues

Install, maintain, repair, and modify medical equipment and software at customer locations

Lead and participate in technical repair and clinical training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience

Strong technology background and customer-centric mindset

Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly

Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions efficiently

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry

Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology

Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices

Familiarity with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)
