What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support without sales quotas

Offer technical advice and support to customers, sales personnel, and healthcare professionals

Install, operate, maintain, repair, and modify equipment on designated products

Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime

Lead technical repair and clinical use training for staff members

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset

Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey technical issues clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry

Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology

Proficiency with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)

Creativity and high discipline in troubleshooting technical issues

Understanding of FDA regulations for medical devices
