What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills
Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues
Perform maintenance and technical support on products at customer locations
Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to minimize downtime
Lead technical repair and clinical use training for staff members
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 0 years of experience
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with customers and field partners
Ability to troubleshoot with technical skills and creativity
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Experience with commonly used test equipment such as dosimeters and signal generators
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues clearly
