What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide in-house repair service and on‑site technical support for Midas Rex drills, ensuring customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between sales personnel and customers, addressing technical inquiries and issues
Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs on medical equipment and integrated systems
Conduct technical presentations and training for customers and staff members
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service‑related documentation
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience
Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment malfunctions
Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device standards
Excellent communication skills to convey complex technical information clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience as a Technician/Field Service professional in the medical device industry
Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology
Proficiency with commonly used test equipment such as dosimeters and signal generators
Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings
Strong analytical skills and creativity in problem‑solving
