What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide in-house and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills

Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of medical equipment

Analyze and troubleshoot product malfunctions to ensure quick resolution

Lead product technical repair and clinical use training for staff

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Strong technical background and customer‑centric mindset

Excellent analytical and communication skills

Ability to travel up to 75%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry

Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology

Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)

Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

Knowledge of FDA regulations related to medical devices
