What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills

Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues

Conduct maintenance and technical support on equipment and integrated systems at customer locations

Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime

Lead product technical repair and clinical use training for domestic and international staff

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset

Excellent analytical and communication skills for conveying complex technical issues

Familiarity with FDA regulations and ability to read schematics and engineering drawings

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry

Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology

Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)

Ability to troubleshoot with technical skills and creativity
