Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers regarding technical issues Conduct technical presentations at sales meetings and customer locations Analyze and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical support provided What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with no experience Strong technology background with a customer‑centric mindset Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings Excellent analytical and communication skills to convey complex technical issues How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services within the medical device industry Familiarity with orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocols, and medical terminology Experience with commonly used test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies, DVMs) Ability to troubleshoot with creativity and high discipline Understanding of FDA regulations for medical devices We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal‑opportunity employment.
