What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide in-house repair service and on-site technical support for Midas Rex drills

Serve as a liaison between sales personnel and customers on technical issues

Analyze and troubleshoot product malfunctions to ensure minimal downtime

Conduct technical presentations and training sessions for sales and customer staff

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and complaint resolutions

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor's Degree

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 0 years of experience

Strong communication skills to effectively liaise between field partners and customers

Technical background with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

Familiarity with FDA regulations and medical device compliance

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience as a Technician/Field Services in the medical device industry

Knowledge of orthopedic anatomy, surgical protocol, and medical terminology

Proficiency in using common test equipment (e.g., dosimeters, power supplies)

Ability to read and understand schematics and engineering drawings

Excellent analytical skills to communicate complex technical issues clearly
