What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Serve as a primary operational partner to field sales and broker teams to streamline customer-facing processes
Maintain accurate promotional plans, forecasts, and sales events in trade management systems
Oversee customer contracts to ensure compliance with terms and internal policies
Coordinate the complete lifecycle of new item setups, ensuring documentation accuracy
Partner with finance and customer teams to research and reconcile complex deductions
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination within the CPG industry
Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting tools
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with trade management systems (e.g., TPM, TMS) and POS data systems
Exposure to customer portals and cross-functional team collaboration
Familiarity with supporting broker networks, sales operations, or logistics coordination
Analytical skills to interpret data and generate actionable business insights
