Field Sales Engineer Wasson-ECE Instrumentation is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our Technical Sales department as a Field Sales Engineer. As a Field Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our clients.

Responsibilities

Identifying and targeting potential customers in the assigned territory

Understanding customer needs and providing appropriate solutions

Presenting product demonstrations and conducting technical presentations

Collaborating with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies

Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients

Providing excellent customer service and support

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills. You should also be self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical sales or a related field

Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities

Proven track record of building and maintaining customer relationships

Ability to travel extensively to meet with clients and attend industry events

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field

Valid driver's license

Work Environment, Schedule, and Benefits

Salary based on experience

Field-based work with business travel up to 75%

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, with duties as required

Company pays a portion of employee medical, dental, life, disability, and vision insurance; 50% of dependent coverage. HSA and FSA options available; company contributions to HSA or FSA.
