What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Perform complex data analysis for commercial insurance to inform business objectives and strategies
Conduct various types of analyses, including root cause, cost benefit, and performance tracking
Collaborate with client groups to identify business needs, scope issues, and prepare actionable recommendations
Partner with IT teams for data architecture inputs and perform User Acceptance Testing on digital assets
Create and maintain key business intelligence artifacts, ensuring their accuracy and logic
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 6 years of directly related analytical experience in a relevant industry
Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, statistics, economics, computer science, or equivalent education and experience
Strong statistical, analytical, and data processing skills with the ability to conduct structured analyses
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SQL, Visual Basic, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make effective presentations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Advanced degree in a related field and/or CPCU designation
Experience in commercial insurance
Familiarity with programming languages such as R or Python
Experience with automating repetitive tasks
Demonstrated adaptability and strong time management skills
