What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings
Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in‑home visits
Drive self‑generated sales and meet performance goals to expand the employer's market presence
Engage with customers through a mix of in‑person, virtual, and phone interactions
Participate in community service, organizations, and local events to enhance community relationships
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
Comfortable with daily face‑to‑face interactions in prospective members’ homes
Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance meeting state coverage limits
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with the community
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
Prior experience selling Medicare products
Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations to groups
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to speak, read, and write fluently in both languages
