What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build trust and educate individuals on Medicare Advantage plans and additional offerings
Create meaningful connections through grassroots marketing, community events, and in-home visits
Drive self-generated sales and meet performance goals to expand the employer's market presence
Engage with customers through in-person, virtual, and phone interactions
Conduct face-to-face visits in prospective members’ homes
What is Required (Qualifications)
Active Health Insurance License or ability to obtain
Must reside in the designated local territory to effectively serve the community
Comfortable with daily face-to-face interactions and community engagement
Valid state driver’s license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with required coverage limits
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet with members
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance License
Prior experience selling Medicare products
Experience in public speaking or delivering presentations
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with fluency in both languages
