Assisting clients in selecting packages and scheduling installations or demos. Logging interactions and follow-up tasks in CRM. Escalating technical or billing issues to specialized teams. Supporting account updates and contract renewals. Tracking client satisfaction and recommending retention tactics. Contributing to team knowledge base and best practices.
